This Terms and Conditions, document describes the abiding terms and conditions applicable and to adhere by both the parties. first party listlocals.net, here-in referred as Company and second party subscribers here-in referred as the Subscriber through this document, in the event of Subscription of Product/Service offered by listlocals.net.  www.listlocals.net and its sub domains or any other channel of service.

Listlocals.net reserves the right to update or amend Terms of Services (TOS) if necessary, at any given time without any prior written notice.

Violation of any of the Terms or Conditions declared here-in by the company would end up leading to a termination of the subscription. 

Terms of Service

• 1. The subscriber opting for product or service must be 18 years and above.
• 2. Only a human can take the benefits of the products & services provided.
• 3. One account can be utilized by one person only. This single account has a fixed scope of utilization as set by number of IT Enabled Device in the agreement. A subscriber can add several product & service under same account.
• 4. listlocals.net, reserves the right to offer services only for Products/Subscriptions listed on the website or mentioned on the Subscription Plan. Any Issues, pretending to subscribed Service/Product/Sale/Offer, which is Out of Scope for listlocals.net, is not entertained and the subscribers are advised to contact the respective 3rd party in the regards.

• 6. listlocals.net is not liable to offer support for any hardware or software problems related to user Device (i.e. PCs, Phones, Mobiles, Android) subscribers can only avail assistive guidance in the relevance for accessing listlocals.net Website or Apps.
• 9. listlocals.net, does not record User Profiles or Login Credentials pretending to user Device, Applications, or Software, keeping user/subscribers privacy in mind. Therefore listlocals.net, is neither liable nor responsible for any losses or damages resulting from a failure to comply with a security obligation.
• 10. listlocals.net, advises subscribers not to share their personal data like login credentials & passwords with our support representatives.
• 11. listlocals.net cannot be held liable for any losses or damages occurring from/on a user’s computer.
• 13. Subscribers requested not to use any of our product or services for any illegal or unauthorized reason.
• 14. All the interactions and communications between listlocals.net Support Team and The Subscribers are to be in obedience of applicable law.
• 15. listlocals.net, disclaims any liability or responsibility for any loss or damage rising directly or indirectly due to the rejection of authorization for any Transaction. Cancellation and Termination

• 1. If a subscriber wants to unsubscribe the product or subscription service with listlocals.net., he/she may request for the cancellation over via email or a phone.
• 2. On the cancellation of the subscribed products/services, we transfer the client data to archive or active servers to be used anytime in the future.
• 3. If a subscriber cancels the service before the end of service period, it would lead to instant cancellation and the subscriber would not be asked for any charge again.
• 4. listlocals.net, reserves the rights to suspend or stop an account and decline any present or future use of the services. The needs of such action can arise due to unauthorized access of a portal, servers and databases, rude behavior, data theft, inappropriate use of services, sharing the product/services with other person(s), the one currently subscribed with the listlocals.net. The cancellation of service will lead to deactivation and deletion of an account and the client will never be able to access to any Product or Support Service with the organization.
• 5. listlocals.net, reserves the rights to cancel the service for the use of illegal software.
• 6. listlocals.net, reserves the right to decline services to a client at any point of time.
  
  Modifications to the Service and Prices
• listlocals.net, reserves the right to change, cease, suspend or permanently stop a service without any prior notice at any point of time.

Bank, Debit & Credit Card Billing
listlocals.net, may ask its clients to submit a valid credit card number to carry on with the billing procedures. Customers could be required to furnish a valid credit card number to facilitate the procedure of the billing. This will permit listlocals.net, to either charge or place a hold on the card in concern to payment that is not made to the company for the services and related products. Simultaneously, this will sanction the credit card issuer to sell out the amounts that are mentioned even in case there is no signed receipt. • 2. Any information shared with listlocals.net, would be the intellectual assets of that person or of the third-party from which the content has been obtained. listlocals.net, does not own any rights to such consequences.
• 3. listlocals.net, claims any questions or answers posted on the forums of would become property of the organization.
• 4. listlocals.net, can delete any content viewed as unsuitable from its website without any reasons.

General Conditions

• 1. The consumption of listlocals.net, services portfolio is built by the client at his own judgment. This service offered either via website, email, chats.
• 2. Our services are made available only in English languages. Other languages would be considered only on the basis of mutual efforts.

• 8. We do not entertain transmission of any kind of worms, viruses or any code of a critical manner.
• 9. At no point in time listlocals.net, justifies products/software/scripts/services provided will meet exact needs, services would be continuous, well-timed, protected or error-free, the results gained from the use of services would be precise or trustworthy, the excellence of any products, services, info or other things purchased would be within ones prospects and finally would any errors in the service would be adjusted.
• 10. listlocals.net, does not take the liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, particular, significant or exemplary harms resulting in loss of profits, benevolence, use, data or other intangible losses, leading from:
• The utilization or the malfunction in using the service
• The cost of procurement of alternate goods and services cropping from any goods, data or services obtained or messages obtained or transactions entered into through or from the service
• Illegal access to or modification concerning transmission of data statements or behavior of any third party on the service or any other matter linked to the service. Any accountability would be restricted to the value of subscription/order.
